Thai gong
« on: August 09, 2017, 11:36:43 AM »
I've been offered a large Thai gong, of which im unfamiliar with. I've owned Vietnamese in the past, and enjoyed playing. From the photo im 'assuming' that its been struck in the centre in the usual manner, but not rubbed as it would be in its country of origin(i made this assumption from the lack of wear on the centre).

What if any is your experience of Thai gongs?, the price seems fair at just over 2k AUD, it might be negotiable and includes the Aussie made Stand.
