suspension stand
« on: April 29, 2017, 10:49:49 PM »
traded 6 to 7 meters worth of pipe for 2 ratchet straps...
using a simple suspension type cantilever im hanging two 40", one an unlathed chau thats exceptionally heavy and only 10mm deflection maximum at the distal end. ive laid into them pretty hard the past three days and everything remains tight and in place.('ok, i'm using two stainless steel quick links to connect the straps but only because i like the way it streamlines the whole assembly, they could easily be deleted)
